Hello, I am Natasha Prehu, founder of Sui Generis Group, a company I started in November 2021 after a successful 30-year career mainly with Honeywell international. I took advantage of Honeywell’s vast product, services and projects portfolio to sharpen my business acumen in Automotive, Aerospace, Process Automation, Building controls and Software Industrial and learned to operate effectively in different cultures.
From the start of my career with Arjo Wiggins Appleton in Paris (France) to my most recent position with Honeywell in Atlanta (USA) as Vice President of Human Resources and Communication, I always took pride in supporting ambitious business and people's agenda focusing on Change Management, Talent Development, Leadership Coaching and Process Excellence.
Learning from my personal successes and setbacks, adapting to challenging business conditions, different industries and geographies and leadership styles, I’ve chartered a journey that took me well beyond what I initially thought would be possible.
My desire today is to continue my mission to coach professionals to break down limiting thoughts and behaviors and leaders to create sustained positive engagement and happiness in the workplace all leading to improved personal and business outcomes.
I speak several languages and I am able to coach and train in both English and French.
